As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a memorable stay. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and handling check‑ins and check‑outs
• Answering phones and managing reservations
• Assisting guests with requests and questions in a friendly, professional manner
• Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handling cash transactions accurately
• Keeping the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Completing end‑of‑shift checklists to set the next team up for success

• AM or PM
• 4 days on / 4 days off schedule

• Prior hospitality or customer service experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Friendly, attentive, and professional attitude
• Dependable and detail‑oriented
