The Night Auditor is responsible for attending to guest needs, balancing daily revenue and expense transactions, and performing front desk duties during the night shift. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving guest issues, and ensuring theaccuracy of financial records to maintain smooth hotel operations.

• Provide exceptional customer service, making guests' overnight stays comfortableand meeting team and brand goals.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) requirements for the front desk department.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and relevant ordinancesregarding security, cash handling, and guest relations.
• Act as the night manager on duty, handling guest requests, questions, and issuesthroughout the hotel.
• Verify the accuracy of all allowances, corrections, and miscellaneous vouchersduring the night shift.
• Balance all credit card transactions, prepare deposits, and verify in-house andclosed accounts.
• Conduct the property management night audit system, closing the current business day and opening the new day.
• Manage guest complaints, documenting requests and issues, and ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Organize and complete end-of-shift paperwork, phone reports, restaurantpaperwork, wake-up call reports, and audit packs.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby, coffee stations, andfront desk area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overnight operations.

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage financial transactionsaccurately
• Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
