Position Summary

The Houseperson serves as a supporting role to the housekeeping team at Travel + Leisure Co. They assist Housekeepers in preparing units for cleaning after guest departure, maintain linen duties, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

• Prepare units for cleaning upon guest departure, ensuring efficiency and high quality standards.
• Handle linen duties: receive, sort, fold, collect soiled linen, and coordinate linen and amenities bags.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and stock levels of department storage areas in accordance with company safety and cleanliness policies.
• Assist housekeeping team with supply upkeep, deliver linen, paper products, unit amenities, and perform strip/make bed tasks when needed.
• Remove trash from units and floors and provide requested items to guest units.
• Adhere to the company’s safety program and OSHA/GHS regulations.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with employees, guests, and owners.
• Capacity to work independently and follow instructions.
• Professional appearance and a positive, can‑do attitude with a team focus.
• Valid driver’s license.
