Position: Night Auditor - The Lodge at Snowbird
Location: Snowbird

Title: Night Auditor
Location: Lodge at Snowbird, Salt Lake City, Utah
Status: Part-Time, Year-Round
Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, two nights per week (Fridays and Saturdays, including holidays)

Summary

As a Night Auditor at the Lodge at Snowbird you will provide excellent customer service while performing all duties related to the operation of the front desk and night auditor procedures during graveyard hours. You will check guests in and out, give general information about the resort, answer the telephone and occasionally take reservations. You will also problem‑solve when receiving guest complaints to find the best solution possible for the situation.

Responsibilities
  • Check guests in and out
  • Complete the Night Auditor procedures
  • Coordinate accounting and billing needs with Conference Services, Central Reservations, Group Sales, and Accounts Receivables
  • Receive and resolve guest complaints and disputes
  • Answer telephones and receive guest requests, coordinating with the correct department
  • Provide directions and general knowledge of Snowbird
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 0–6 months of job‑specific work experience with demonstrated competence
  • At least 18 years of age
  • General computer knowledge, typing skills, or other specialized training
  • Basic competence in reading, writing, speaking, simple arithmetic, advanced communication skills, and interpersonal relationships
  • Ability to handle, process, maintain and protect guest personal information, including credit card information in compliance with PCI rules and requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of PCI DSS
  • Problem‑solving ability and judgment for complex customer complaint resolution within procedural guidelines
  • Ability to interact pleasantly with guests and employees and maintain good working relationships with all departments at Snowbird
Working Conditions

Prepared to stay overnight when necessary, including occasional road closures. Frequent interruptions, noise, and exposure to winter conditions. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. General office environment with limited physical activity.
