Hotel Front Desk Agent Housing

My Place - America's Newest & Best Hotels – Moab, UT

We are hiring a Full‑time Front Desk Agent for daytime shifts (7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.). The schedule will consist of 3–5 days a week; days are flexible with the right applicant.

• Handle all functions of the Front Desk in daily hotel operations.
• Provide quality customer service, maintaining a guest‑focused work ethic and exceeding expectations.
• Communicate with guests and associates via phone, computer, and reservations systems.
• Gather and interpret reports, handle cash and deposits, issue keys, and perform laundry duties (washing and folding).
• Maintain public areas and protect guest privacy and safety within reasonable control.

• Speak, read, and write in English.
• Walk, stand, push, pull, carry, lift, kneel, read, and bend while performing job duties.
• Remain on feet for long periods and lift or carry up to 25 lbs.

• Willingness to learn and cross‑train; eligible for additional hours in other departments.
