Guest Services Representative – Front Desk

Quality Suites Moab is currently hiring a Full-Time Guest Services Representative to join our front desk team in the evenings. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, takes pride in great service, and works well with a team.

• $18-$20 per hour depending on experience

As a Front Desk Guest Services Representative, you will play an important role in ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests upon arrival and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
• Answering incoming calls and assisting with room reservations
• Responding to guest questions and providing helpful information about the hotel and local area
• Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate transaction records
• Keeping the lobby and front desk area professional and organized
• Completing shift reports and handoff notes for the next team member

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and interacting with travelers from around the world.

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
• Reliable, organized, and detail-focused
• Ability to multitask in a busy front desk environment
