What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first impression our guests have of the hotel and play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable stay.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and completing check-ins and check-outs
- Answering phones and assisting with reservations
- Responding to guest questions and requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Keeping the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Completing end-of-shift checklists to set the next team up for success
Every day is different, making this a great role for someone who enjoys variety and interacting with people.
Schedule
- AM or PM shifts available
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Friendly, professional, and attentive attitude
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Ability to work well in a team environment
