Big Horn Lodge in Moab, UT is seeking a dependable and personable Full-Time Guest Services Associate to join our hospitality team. All new hires starting in June will qualify for a $250 sign on bonus!

• Pay: $20+ per hour, based on experience
• All new hires starting in June will qualify for a $250 sign on bonus, paid out after the associate has been employed and in good standing with the company for 90 days (based on hours worked).

In this role, you'll serve as the welcoming face of our lodge and play an essential part in each guest's stay.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests and managing arrivals and departures
• Answering phone calls and assisting with reservations
• Responding to guest needs and inquiries with professionalism and care
• Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to maintain smooth daily operations
• Handling cash and payments accurately
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
• Completing shift close-out tasks to support the next team member

Each day offers something new-this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and meaningful guest interaction.

• Morning or evening shifts available
• 4 days on / 4 days off rotation

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
• Professional, friendly, and attentive demeanor
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
