Red Stone Inn, a well-established hotel located in the center of Moab, Utah, is currently hiring a dependable and guest-oriented Full-Time Guest Services Associate to join our front office team. All new hires starting in June will qualify for a $250 sign on bonus!

Pay & BenefitsPay:
Starting at $20+ per hour, based on experience
All new hires starting in June will qualify for a $250 sign on bonus, paid out after the associate has been employed and in good standing with the company for 90 days (based on hours worked).

Position SummaryAs a Guest Services Associate, you will represent Red Stone Inn at the front desk and play a key role in shaping each guest's stay. You'll ensure a smooth arrival and departure process while providing helpful, professional service throughout their visit.
Primary Duties- Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out activities
- Answer phone calls and assist with booking and reservation needs
- Respond to guest questions and requests in a timely, courteous manner
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to support daily operations
- Process guest payments and handle cash with accuracy
- Keep the front desk workspace clean, organized, and professional
- Complete shift paperwork, reports, and daily checklists
This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and building positive guest relationships.
Schedule- 3:30 PM - Midnight
- 4 days on / 4 days off schedule
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable using basic computer systems
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Positive, professional attitude
