DAILY WORK:

• Welcoming guests and carrying their luggage as they arrive and when they leave
• Providing incredible customer service by politely engaging with guests, answering questions, explaining hotel amenities and features, and recommending local places to visit
• Escorting guests to their rooms and helping them navigate the hotel
• Promptly stepping in to resolve service issues and meet guests' needs
• Helping keep the lobby, entrance, and bell area clean and organized
• Assisting the concierge and front desk staff as needed

HOTEL BELLMAN QUALIFICATIONS:

• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to lift and carry luggage weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable work ethic and professional appearance
• Preferred - hospitality or customer service experience
