A Housekeeper will support general resort operations by cleaning resort units and maintaining resort quality standards. The role includes cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, dining areas, and lobbies, as well as making beds, replenishing supplies, and handling guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction.

• Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms.
• Vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
• Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware, toiletries, and linens.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns to resolve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Maintain positive customer and associate relationships.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with employees, guests, and owners.
• Capability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Professional appearance and a positive, can‑do attitude with a team focus.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Generally starting at $26.00 per hour, with the actual hourly rate set based on experience, education, and location.
