Lead and coordinate banquet servers to execute events flawlessly;
Work closely with event planners and culinary team to ensure every detail is perfect;
Communicate events’ needs and status to staff and management;
Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality during events;
Assist with supervision and training of banquet staff as needed
