A day in the life as a Winter Seasonal Front Desk SupervisorStart your day with breathtaking mountain views and a sense of purpose. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you'll oversee front desk operations, ensure excellent guest service, and manage a team of front desk attendants. Take advantage of ski-in, ski-out access during breaks. After your shift, unwind with fellow employees who share your passion for the outdoors.
What it takes to be Successful as a Winter Seasonal Front Desk Supervisor- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Minimum Requirements to be Considered
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality
- Front desk operations and guest service protocols
- Team management and training techniques
- Safety and emergency procedures
- Reservation systems and hotel policies
- Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Located at the base of the Alta Ski Area, offering unparalleled ski-in, ski-out access
