We are seeking a highly motivated, customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Fitness Attendant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing exceptional service, be open to learning, and respond to guests and team members in a professional and courteous manner. This role is responsible for engaging with guests, providing an exemplary service experience, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organized fitness environment.

• Enhance the member and guest experience while they are in the fitness center.
• Ensure all fitness equipment is in safe, operational condition.
• Greet and engage with members and guests, setting the example for excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the fitness center, locker rooms, and lobby areas.
• Stay knowledgeable about the fitness areas, Event Center, and resort amenities.
• Ensure policies are adhered to, particularly in point‑of‑sale operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building relationships by showing sincere interest in members and guests.
• Resolve any issues or concerns quickly, striving to exceed guest expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the retail area is clean and organized.
• Assist hotel and resort staff professionally, sharing necessary information.
