The Banquet Server plays a critical role in providing an exceptional dining experience during various banquet events. This position shows our guests we are passionate about hospitality and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
Onsite:
Black Desert Resort Shift & Schedule Availability:
On-Call / Must be available for LPGA/PGA and other large events. Need to average a minimum 8 hours per month Pay Rate: $8/hour plus a portion of service charges. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.

Key Responsibilities Including But Not Limited To:
- Set up, serve, and break down banquet events according resort standards
- Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism, attentiveness, and poise
- Carry trays, pour wine and beverages, and serve plated or buffet-style meals
- Ensure food and beverage areas are stocked, clean, and organized throughout service
- Assist with clearing tables, removing trash, and maintaining cleanliness in event spaces
- Work collaboratively with other banquet servers, bartenders, and culinary staff
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate guest needs or special requests promptly to banquet leadership
- Attend mandatory orientations and trainings
- Perform other Duties as assigned
Preferred
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in banquet service, catering, or fine dining preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and carrying trays or lifting up to 30 lbs
- Flexible schedule with availability for early mornings, evenings, and long shifts during event week
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and professional appearance required
