Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, you will provide the primary role of the verification and sign-in for guests and vendors, issuing and maintaining visitor passes, and controlling access to the plant. You will have responsibilities related to employee attendance records, and employee engagement related activities. You will perform data entry and recordkeeping for training and where needed. Assist with planning and coordination of employee activities.
Perform other various clerical and administrative tasks to support all activities and functions of the People & Culture Department.
- High school diploma or GED and/or 1-year experience in administrative role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and keen alertness to behavioral needs.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with frequent interruptions and changes in priorities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and commitment to accuracy.
- Computer skills--especially Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and database programs (keyboarding skills).
- Excellent attendance record.
- Will be expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $38,400 and $55,200. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
