, is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead HR strategy and day-to-day operations. This role plays a critical part in fostering an engaging, consistent employee experience while ensuring multi-state compliance—including federal contractor requirements. The Senior HR Manager drives recruitment and retention initiatives, maintains clear and practical policies, aligns pay and titles, and partners with leadership to build a culture where employees can thrive and stay.

Responsibilities

The Senior HR Manager ensures HR practices are applied consistently, strategically, and in compliance across the organization. This role leads recruitment efforts, supports workforce planning, and aligns compensation, job titles, and policies across multiple states. Partnering closely with leadership, you will navigate complex employee and compliance matters while balancing business needs with regulatory requirements. You will also guide performance management and company programs, helping create clear, trusted HR processes that strengthen alignment and employee confidence.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources) and 5–7 years of HR leadership experience in a complex, fast-paced environment. Experience in the construction industry is preferred, along with the ability to confidently navigate HR “grey areas” with sound judgment and discretion. Just as important, you genuinely enjoy the people side of the business—building relationships, supporting employees, and contributing to a positive, engaged workplace culture.

PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
