We’re looking for a Senior Coordinator – Recruitment Administration who enjoys learning and values teamwork. If you have strong written and verbal communication skills, can effectively manage multiple tasks, and have a keen eye for detail and accuracy, and you’re excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
KeyAccountabilities
- Oversees account‑specific administration activities such as job posting, interview scheduling, help desk support, applicant tracking system updates, and pre‑employment screening or reference checks initiation or verification
- Managing various ad‑hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process e.g., test or referral management, and ad‑hoc reporting or process review etc.
- Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e., PEs vendor), and other account stakeholders
- Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
- Management of day‑to‑day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the immediate team
- Fully utilizing technology and other rollouts and changes implemented to the team
- Demonstrated strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple requests effectively
- Open to fresh graduates and career shifters, provided they possess strong communication skills
- Willingness to work the EMEA shift under a hybrid setup, with at least twice‑a‑month onsite presence
