Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Eden, UT. As a Human Resource Specialist, you will oversee key HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. You will handle compliance with workplace regulations, maintain employee records, process payroll and benefits, conduct training sessions, and assist in policy development. Collaboration with management and staff will be essential to cultivating a supportive and effective organizational culture.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Experience with performance management and employee relations
  • Knowledge of compliance with employment laws, workplace regulations, and organizational policies
  • Ability to manage payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in conducting training programs and fostering professional development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification preferred
  • Familiarity with labor laws and a commitment to supporting a diverse and inclusive work environment
