HR Supervisor

Position Overview

Our client, a leading e-commerce company, is currently seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to lead the expansion of its Tik Tok/Shopee e-commerce team in the Philippines. The HR Supervisor will be fully responsible for HR management, including recruitment, compensation, workforce planning, and organizational development, with a focus on supporting the scaling of Tik Tok e-commerce operations.

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, focusing on key e-commerce roles such as Live Streaming Manager, KOL Manager, Content Operations Manager, and Tik Tok Manager.
• Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
• Design and implement HR policies and processes in compliance with local regulations and company culture.
• Support the establishment and expansion of the Manila office, including team building and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with management to drive workforce planning and organizational development.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of comprehensive HR experience, covering recruitment, compensation, HR operations, etc.
• Background in the e-commerce industry, with experience recruiting for Tik Tok, Shopee, or similar platform roles (e.g., Tik Tok Live Operations, KOL Management, Content Operations, Hosts).

• Experience managing HR and administrative teams.
• Prior experience as a headhunter or HRBP in the e-commerce/Tik Tok industry is highly preferred.
