Key Accountabilities- Managing account-specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system, and offer & onboarding.
- Managing ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
- Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately within set deadlines.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (pre‑employment screening vendor), and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on relevant processes.
- Managing day‑to‑day queries relating to the area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
- Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative support.
- Exposure to offshore support or coordination.
- Background in campus recruitment is an advantage.
- Amenable to working APAC shift and a hybrid setup (3 × on‑site per week in Makati).
