As the Director, Global End-to-End People Data Governance and My Core HR, you will oversee defining and driving the future state of our global employee Work & Life journey. Your role will elevate People Data to a core strategic asset, foster a data‑driven culture, and shape employee experience through critical M&A activities.
How You Will Contribute- Transform the Employee Journey:
Shift from fragmented HR interactions to a seamless, globally consistent, and deeply integrated work & life employee experience. - Elevate People Data as a Strategic Asset:
Champion an end‑to‑end People Data Strategy and Governance framework, turning data into a reliable engine for insights and decision‑making. - Proactively Shape M&A Success:
Serve as the lead experience architect for all M&A activities, ensuring seamless integration and protecting our most valuable asset – our talent.
This role will deliver immediate and long‑term value by enabling a future service delivery model and work‑life strategy through technology. You will design solutions that elevate operational excellence, support strategic decision‑making, and enhance our employer brand through a superior employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Extensive experience in people data governance, HR technology, and employee experience design.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record driving change in a complex, global organization.
- Experience managing M&A integration or equivalent strategic initiatives.
- Ability to translate data insights into business strategy and operational improvements.
Travel requirements: as needed for global collaboration.
Work schedule:
regular business hours. No relocation support available.
