Human Resources (Talent) Operations Coordinator
(International) to join our team on a fixed term basis to provide maternity cover.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment andenjoyssupporting
Talent Operations across multiple regions. You will play akeyrole in ensuring
Talent processesrun smoothly, with a focus onaccuracy,efficiency and a consistent employee experience.
You will work closely with Talent, IT and Finance teams globally, gaining exposure to international processes and supporting the delivery of Talent services across the UK, Philippines, North America and other international regions.
This isa hands-on operational role requiringstrongorganisation,attention to detail,sound judgment,and the ability to manage multiple priorities in adynamicenvironment.
Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)This role is offered on a fixed-term contract toprovide maternity cover for a definedperiod. The contract will commence and conclude on agreed dates, in line with business requirementsandapplicable Philippine employment legislation.
Shouldthe period of maternity leave be extended, there may betheopportunity to the extend the contract subject to business needs and mutual agreement between both parties. The successful candidate will receive allstatutory benefits and protectionsapplicable underlocal labor laws.
Employee Lifecycle (Onboarding, Offboarding & Moves)
- Support end-to-endonboarding,offboardingand employee changes across multiple regions
- Coordinate onboarding activities including contracts,documentation, system setup,orientationsessionsand survey feedback
- Ensureall employee data is accurately recorded andmaintainedin HR systems
- Manage background checks and pre-employment screening processes
- Coordinate offboarding activities including documentation andsystem access removal
- Deliver a positive and consistent onboarding experience for new hires
- Coordinate the assignment of buddies to all new hires as part of thenew hire buddy programme
- Support the administration of employee benefits, including enrolments,renewals,change sand leavers
- Manageemployeebenefits queries,escalatecomplex cases where required
- Coordinateleave administration, including tracking, reporting, employeecommunicationand return-to-work processes
- Maintainaccurateleaverecords and ensure compliance withcompanypolicyand local requirements
- Maintainaccurateand up-to-date employee records across all Talent systems
- Support data audits and reporting requirements
- Monitor data quality and ensure consistency across systems
- Produce basic reports and support data analysis as required
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries across the international population
- Monitor and manage shared Talent inboxes, responding to queriesin a timely manner
- Prepare standard employee documentation(e.g. letters related to leave or employment changes)
- Support monthly payroll inputs (e.g. sickness reconciliation and data validation)
- Follow established processes and operational checklists to ensure consistency and compliance
- Supportthereviewand update of policies,handbooksand process documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to ongoing enhancements
- Provide cross-regional operational supportasrequiredto ensureglobalteamcoverage

- 1-3years’ experience in anHR/Talent coordination or administrative role
- Experience in aprofessionalservices, corporate, orfast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive and reliable, witha strong senseof ownership
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Experience supporting international or multi-region teams
