About the Role:

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR Shared Services support to a large employee population across the US and Canada, delivering timely guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee inquiries.

Manage and support end-to-end employee transactions in Workday through Manager and Employee Self-Service (MSS/ESS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to resolve complex employee cases and maintain service excellence.

Maintain and audit employee records, documentation, reporting, and case management activities within Workday and Service Now while adhering to established SLAs and confidentiality standards.

Contribute to process improvements, training initiatives, testing activities, knowledge management, and mentoring of junior team members to enhance operational effectiveness.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in HR Shared Services or a related HR function, including handling sensitive employee information.

Hands-on experience with Workday and HR case management systems, with the ability to manage employee transactions accurately and efficiently.

Strong customer service orientation, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Proven critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, show ownership and accountability, prioritize competing demands, and provide guidance, training, or mentoring to peers.
