Gestionnaire RH Contractuel

The city of Caromb - 3,479 inhabitants – 53 agents - member of the Community of Agglomeration Ventoux Comtat Venaissin (70,000 inhabitants) and the Regional Nature Park of Mont Ventoux is looking for an HR manager for a contractual position for a renewable 4-month contract. The agent will ensure the HR management of the community:

• Manage the payroll and follow the careers of the agents
• Manage recruitments (publication of offers, response to candidates, elaboration of recruitment acts (permanent and seasonal)
• Follow and keep up to date the tables of follow-up of leave/absences
• Realization of requests for labor medals

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of human resources management
• Knowledge of the functioning of local authorities
• Knowledge of the main computer tools:
  Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet
• Knowledge of the JVS Millésime software

Skills:

• Mastery of computer tools
• Good writing skills of various administrative acts (letters, emails, minutes, decrees, etc.)
• Excellent command of spelling
• Diligence, especially in the application of procedures
