About the Team:
The Mobility Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of international assignments, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations, and company policies. We provide strategic and operational support to facilitate smooth expatriate transitions and align mobility practices with organizational goals.
Job Description:
Oversee the full expatriate lifecycle, including pre-assignment, on-assignment, and repatriation processes.
Coordinate with external vendors for management of work visa, permits, and other immigration requirements in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Coordinate with external vendors for relocation services, housing, and travel arrangements.
Collaborate with other compensation & benefits PICs to provide guidance to expatriates regarding tax, payroll, and benefits considerations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, international labor laws, and expatriate compensation structures.
Serve as the primary liaison between expatriates, HR teams, and other internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain expatriate policies, guidelines, and documentation.
Address and resolve any expatriate concerns or issues promptly.
Track and report on expatriate assignments, costs, and compliance metrics.
Stay updated on global mobility trends, legal requirements, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any related field to management or human resources.
Minimum 3 years of experience in global mobility, expatriate management, or HR is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of immigration laws, visa processes, and international assignments.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse cultures.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
