This is where you and your skills come in. We are looking for a full-time Finance Systems Administrator to join our Ring Central’s Enterprise Applications team. In this position, you will work with business partners, technology architects and system analysts to help support enterprise applications financial systems. As an applications engineer, you will apply your technical and functional (techno-functional) knowledge to analyze system issues, perform bug triage, coordinate with multiple cross functional teams and find solutions.

You will be responsible for documenting detailed processes, performing systems configuration, scripting, bug fixes, testing, implementation, continuous improvement and ongoing support.

Working Hours:

This position requires the candidate to work in global environment which needs collaboration with business partners and leaders, in US Pacific time zone (typically up to midnight India time)
Responsibilities:

Business Solutions Design, Delivery & Support:

Maintenance and daily management of finance business applications. General system administration of ERP system and processes.

Provide front line support for all finance tickets and operational issues for multiple systems like Net Suite, Concur and Blackline.

Prioritize tickets and execute activities independently via Fresh service/JIRAWork with various IT and Finance teams to investigate system production support issues and ensure timely resolution.

Acts as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.

Analyze existing and future state business processes, systems and flows of data.

Develop and maintain documentation related to developing and modifying business processes and systems.

Lead multiple finance systems user access provisioning, updates and ensure data accuracy.

Participate in systems implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).Work hands-on to solving technical/systems issues by investigating system configurations and integrations to other IT systems

Proactive and takes initiative to gather information, investigate gaps / issues, identifies potential solutions and presents to both Business and IT stakeholders.

Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts and identify opportunity for automation to reduce manual ticket resolution

Collaborate with other technology leaders on the implementation and operation of Incident Management and Change Management.

Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of production releases for finance applications, ensuring adherence to financial controls and operational readiness.

Engage in other areas of Finance such as SOX Compliance and Reporting.

Desired

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or business management OR related field and equivalent practical experience.

Good functional and configuration level understanding of one or more areas including but not limited to Net Suite/Coupa System Administration, Order Management, Invoicing, Item Master, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing etc.
