- Monitoring and management of IT systems as well as providing IT services in office and production departments
- Ensuring local IT security, IT governance, and documentation of IT processes, systems, and technical issues
- Handover of implemented IT solutions to operational departments and support for internal and external IT partners and specialist departments
- Training employees in production and office areas to promote IT competence
- Monitoring, control, and execution of routine tests for performance analysis of local IT systems
- Analysis of data to optimize internal processes and participation in the implementation of new software solutions
- Collaboration with various departments to identify improvement potentials and development as well as maintenance of global WEBASTO standards as a member of the production competence team
This is what you bring to us:
- Experience in IT administration
- In-depth knowledge of IT networks, server functions, desktop devices, and applications
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
- Initial practical experience in the field of Smart Factory
- Analytical thinking and structured working methods
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Interest in new technologies and current IT trends
