• Active collaboration in the Service design, technical design, consulting of Aumovio global Network Security services:
  Next Generation Firewalling, Network Access Control.
• Responsible of operational incident and change management (3rd level support) in area of Network Security services:
  Next Generation Firewalling, Network Access Control.
• Responsible of infrastructure management (configuration, maintenance, upgrade, vulnerability patching, …) for Next Generation Firewalling and Network Access Control.
• Communication and coordination of activities with external suppliers, hardware vendors and internal departments for service‑related topics (Design, Provider Mgmt, Demand Mgmt., Implementation, Incidents, Changes)
• Drive Escalation and Problem Management processes with internal IT teams and external service providers.
• Develop and recommend measures to improve the network and network security infrastructure by considering functionality and costs.
• Support Application and Service Owner with complex performance problems related to the Secure Connectivity Solutions: analysis, setup different scenarios, document performance measurements, troubleshooting, testing.
• Develop, provision and maintain an automation, orchestration and analysis platform for Secure Connectivity Solutions services.
• Responsible for knowledge sharing meetings in own area of expertise.
• Responsible to define work instructions, documentation and training materials.

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification
• Advanced knowledge in the networking area:
  Network topologies & Network protocols
• Advanced knowledge in the area of Cisco Next Generation Firewalling
• Basic knowledge in the area of Cisco ISE
• Basic Knowledge in the area of network automation & monitoring
• Knowledge of IT Service Management tool and processes
• Dev Ops skills is a bonus
• Experience in working as part of a global acting and multicultural team, with international supplier/vendors
• Proven experience (2-3 years) within company managing Firewalls operationally
• Network Access Control solution experience is a plus
