Description:

Gain a deep insight into business operations, objectives, and challenges to ensure that data initiatives are closely aligned with the organization's priorities. This involves maintaining ongoing communication with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to stay informed about evolving business needs and market dynamics.

Conduct thorough assessments to identify data-related issues impacting business processes and operational efficiency. Develop and implement comprehensive data strategies—including ad hoc reports, data standardization, data cleaning, and process automation—that ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and integrity.

Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including Business Intelligence technical engineers, finance, operations, and senior management, to define requirements and adapt workflows or processes based on data-driven insights.

Translate complex data findings into actionable insights, directly linking data analysis to business metrics and demonstrating its impact on organizational goals.

Prioritize data projects and initiatives based on their potential impact on business outcomes.

Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging data analysis techniques relevant to the specific business domain, including the adoption of new processes to enhance reporting tools and systems.

Perform statistical analysis and modeling to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related quantitative field

With a minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience

Experience translating data insights into actionable business recommendations

Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).SQL: knowledge of advanced joins, subqueries, aggregations and window functions

Python, R or any equivalent programming language: experience using libraries like Pandas, Num Py, and Scikit-learn for data analysis and modeling. Familiarity with data visualization libraries like Matplotlib and Seaborn is desirable.

Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling techniques.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Project management experience is a plus.

Must be willing to station in Podium, Pasig office
