Location: North Salt Lake
VFC Group seeks an In‑House Counsel to manage the full contract lifecycle including review, negotiation, and compliance across its family of companies. This on‑site role in North Salt Lake, UT reports to the COO and coordinates with outside counsel on litigation matters.
The ideal candidate will bring strong contracts experience, multitask well across licensing, regulatory changes, and policy updates, and support HR on employment compliance.
