The City of Saratoga Springs seeks an in-house counsel to support the City Attorney's office in misdemeanor and civil matters for the City and State of Utah. You will litigate, draft, advise on government law, and coordinate with city departments.
Under the direction of the City Attorney, you will supervise staff, attend meetings, manage case flow, perform legal research, draft motions, and represent the City in state and federal courts as needed.
