Site Manager​/Operations Coordinator

Located 10 miles outside of South Ogden, Regen Earthworks is looking for a dependable, self‑motivated person to manage daily operations at our newest fill dirt dump site. Set right at the base of the new Wasatch Peaks Ranch Resort, you will be in charge of all day‑to‑day operations. You’ll be the main point of contact on‑site—working directly with truck drivers, contractors, and account customers to keep operations organized, efficient, and professional.

This role is about much more than simply checking trucks in and out. We are highly focused on customer retention, building long‑term contractor relationships, and creating a professional experience that keeps customers coming back. The right person will help us build a strong foundation of repeat accounts through great communication, reliability, and high‑quality customer interactions.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays.

• Greet and assist truck drivers and contractors professionally
• Check in trucks and direct where to dump
• Create and manage load tickets using Fulcrum
• Collect payments and invoice customers using Quick Books
• Set up and manage contractor accounts
• Track loads, customer frequency, and account activity
• Build positive relationships with repeat customers and contractors
• Help create a clean, efficient, and professional customer experience
• Maintain accurate digital records and reporting
• Open and close the site each day
• Ensure only clean fill is accepted (no trash or contaminated loads)
• Keep the site organized, safe, and operating efficiently
• Communicate with ownership regarding site activity, customer feedback, and opportunities for improvement

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with contractors and drivers all day
• Organized and detail‑oriented
• Comfortable using software/apps for tracking and payments
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation/the ability to commute.
• Construction, trucking, or excavation familiarity is a plus, but not required
• Quick Books or Fulcrum experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

This is not a heavy labor or equipment operation position. We are looking for someone who takes pride in running a clean, professional operation and understands that customer relationships are one of the most important parts of growing the business.
