The Supply Planning Analyst is responsible for administering a smooth flow of goods within the supply chain network from supply planning, ordering, and distribution to branches while maintaining inventory at optimal level.

• Optimize planning processes: Recommends and implements process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of supply planning activities.
• Drive collaborative supply alignment: Facilitates cross‑functional planning sessions to establish optimal inventory levels, proactively resolve constraints or conflicts, and close gaps between Demand and Supply Plans to ensure service level and cost targets are achieved.
• Mitigate supply risks proactively: Identifies potential risks, disruptions, and capacity constraints within the supply network, and develops structured mitigation and contingency plans to minimize operational and financial impact.
• Align execution to team objectives: Ensures planning decisions and day‑to‑day actions are consistently aligned with overall Supply Planning goals and service commitments.

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, or any other equivalent courses
• Minimum of one year relevant experience in any supply chain function
• Supply Planning Knowledge and Execution:
  Demonstrates intermediate knowledge of supply planning processes, enabling effective execution of operational activities, adherence to planning standards, and consistent delivery against inventory and service level targets.
• Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring:
  Proficient in analyzing and interpreting planning data and performance metrics to identify gaps, monitor trends, and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets.
• Communication and Stakeholder Facilitation:
  Possesses strong communication skills to effectively facilitate planning meetings, present data-driven insights, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve issues and close demand–supply gaps.
