$85,000 base salary to $120,000 + 2% gross profit bonus

Grass Plus is hiring a Land Reclamation Superintendent / Division Manager to lead and grow our Landscape Reclamation Division. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role responsible for running reclamation/erosion control projects from sale through execution and closeout, while overseeing crews, subcontractors, budgets, and client relationships. You’ll be accountable for field execution, financial performance, safety, and team leadership across multiple projects.

• Lead reclamation/erosion control projects from start to finish
• Plan and manage crews, equipment, schedules, and subcontractors
• Own project budgets, costs, and profitability
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients
• Ensure work meets environmental, safety, and quality standards
  
  Identify risks early and keep projects on track
• Mentor and lead field teams as the division grows

• Experience in land reclamation, erosion control, industrial landscaping, environmental work
• Proven ability to run projects in the field, not just from an office
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Comfortable owning results and managing multiple projects
• Willingness to travel regularly and work extended field hours

• $85,000 to $120,000, paid biweekly
• 2% gross profit bonus, paid quarterly
• Leadership role averaging ~50 hours per week
• Up to 30% travel, including overnight stays
