As a Logistics Management Specialist Supervisor, you will play a vital role in planning and managing logistics operations to achieve organizational goals. You will lead a team of supervisors and staff by setting and adjusting both short- and long-term priorities while preparing schedules for the successful completion of sustainment and acquisition logistics programs.
Responsibilities- Organizing and overseeing the directorate's activities to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Identifying customer needs and ensuring logistics management operations meet those needs effectively.
- Initiating and managing special logistics projects by establishing milestones and goals.
- Representing the directorate in discussions with various installation and functional area organizations.
- A minimum of 30 months of post-bachelor's degree engineering experience is preferred.
- A collaborative work style, with the ability to adapt to changing processes and uncertainties that come with building a new organization.
