• Lead the daily operation: open/close, set the game plan, and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient shop.
• Own the guest experience: greet, advise, build estimates, explain work clearly, and close sales with confidence.
• Bridge the gap between technicians and customers; translate inspections into trusted recommendations.
• Develop the team: coach advisors and techs, reinforce processes, celebrate wins, and address gaps.
• Run the business: inventory & ordering, cash handling/POS, scheduling, KPI tracking, and compliance (OSHA/EHS).
• Cover for the Store Manager when absent; model elite standards on every shift.

• At least 1–3 years of experience in automotive service management or retail repair leadership.
• Strong background in service sales (tires, brakes, maintenance, or mechanical).
• Proven ability to lead a team in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• A self‑starter who thrives on results, accountability, and growth.
• Open availability, including weekends, to support the team during peak times.
