Job Description

JOB TITLE: Part-Time Sanitation Worker – weekends

Pay: $22.65/hr

BUSINESS UNIT: Campbell Snacks

FUNCTION: Supply Chain

REPORTS TO: Votha Leng

NUMBER AND TITLES OF DIRECT REPORTS: None

GRADE/LEVEL (If role is already leveled): Hourly

• Clean production tools and mixing equipment in the Steam Room; perform general sanitation of plant work areas.
• Disassemble equipment for cleaning and re-assembly; may be assigned to wash tools and equipment brought from the food production lines to the Steam Rooms and cleaning equipment during shift changeovers.
• Perform general janitorial tasks such as mopping, sweeping, filling soap and paper towel dispensers; operate auto floor scrubbers throughout the facility.
• Follow supervision instructions for any additional tasks related to sanitation and cleanliness.

Safety, GMP, and training requirements

• Must comply with Good Manufacturing Practices, chemical dilution and mixing procedures, PPE usage, lockout tagout procedures, and pass all required training for the position within 3 months of hire date.
• Must comply with all safety and quality GMP guidelines.

• Minimum education: High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum experience: Not specified; experience with cleaning or sanitation tasks is preferred but not required.
• Certifications/Registrations: Not specified in the description.
• Other minimum requirements: Ability to grip/grasp pressure cleaning hoses, maneuver equipment to the cleaning room, stand/walk during the four-hour shift.

Individual base pay depends on work location and factors such as experience, job-related skills, and education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
