We are seeking a skilled Concrete Floor Polisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for grinding, polishing, and finishing concrete flooring to achieve high-

• Identifying and fixing damage, filling cracks, and removing old adhesives.
• Utilize specialized floor grinders, dust extraction, various diamond pads (grits), and specific sealers/densifiers.
• Perform surface preparation, including removal of coatings, adhesives, and imperfections to ensure proper polishing results.
• Apply epoxy, concrete densifiers, stains, dyes, and sealers according to project specifications and manufacturer guidelines.
• Follow all safety procedures, including dust control, PPE use, and equipment maintenance, to maintain a clean and compliant job site.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in concrete polishing with minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
• Ability to operate heavy polishing equipment and hand tools, knowledge of Lavina is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work on feet for extended periods.
• Have the means to arrive to and from our place of business, including various job sites located throughout Utah on occasion.
• Proficient in backing a truck and trailer (not required, but helpful)
