Welder

We are seeking an experienced Welder/Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the fabrication of a variety of high‑end custom staircases, railing, fireplaces, and other metalwork. In addition to welding, you will also assist in the installation of stairs and railings both inside and outside. We are looking for a hardworking, energetic professional who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations.

This is a full‑time position for the day shift, Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed.

• Perform TIG, MIG and other types of weld based on project needs
• Verify material sizes
• De‑bur and grind metal as necessary to achieve proper surface texture
• Interpret drawings to cut, notch, fit, and weld materials to proper specifications
• Monitor and verify the accuracy of each job’s initial set‑up and final outcome
• Run a variety of equipment like forklifts, saws, rollers, grinders, Bridgeport and more.
• Communicate with supervisor, engineers, production control, quality, and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

We are seeking a long‑term candidate who is looking for a secure and rewarding form of employment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year’s recent experience TIG welding and one year’s experience welding in a manufacturing environment. The candidate must possess basic math skills and be able to read and interpret blueprints. Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events are essential.
