Come join our growing team as a Warehouse Technician / Machine Operator. The VFC Group, a national leader in lightning protection installation, is seeking a dependable, organized, and responsible individual who is interested in a career in Lightning Protection manufacturing.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Applicants must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the job.
- Experience in manufacturing or willing to train
- Experience operating machinery
- Skill using and maintaining metalworking tools (e.g. drill press, chop saw, subcompact band saw)
- Experience with forklift operation
- Experience with inventory management
- Operate machinery and fabricate lightning protection components.
- Product assembly.
- Monitoring inventory of raw materials.
- Minimizing waste.
- Driving to pick up and deliver materials.
- Keeping accurate production records.
- Performing routine maintenance/cleaning of machinery and production areas
- Developing and sustaining a lean manufacturing environment (e.g. point of use storage, 5s/organized workplace), and packing/shipping/receiving goods.
Job Type: Full-Time / Swing Shift 12:30PM - 9PM / Monday through Friday
Salary: $20 - $23 per hour
