PAY:
This position pays $21.00/HR

Schedule:

12 hour DAY shift 645am-7pm WORK MON/TUE, OFF WED/THUR, WORK FRI/SAT/SUN... OFF MON/TUE, WORK WED/THUR, OFF FRI/SAT/SUN...Then REPEAT. Only Work 15 DAYS A MONTH!! Every Other Weekend is a 3 DAY WEEKEND!! One week you work 48 hours and the next week you work 36 hours Total of 84 hours for a pay period (76 regular hours & 8 hours of overtime) Paid Bi-Weekly

* * Tuition reimbursement you must be a full-time employee and complete one continuous year of employment. You will receive $5,000 a year for undergrad and $7,500 a year for grad.

This is what you'll do:

• Operate pelletizer machine to convert regrind into pellets
• Operate Forklift consistently
• Unload regrind boxes into pelletizer
• Stage boxes of pellets
• Follows all company-standard and position-specific safety requirements, and reports any unsafe working conditions or broken equipment
• Follows and complies with all company policies and procedures
• Additional duties as required

This is what it takes:

• Educational Requirements 1-year manufacturing experience required FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED MACHINE OPERATOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 1-year extrusion machine operator experience preferred Ability speak, read and write in English, Bi-Lingual a Plus! Must be able to recognize colors
• Nice to have:
  Working knowledge of extruders, printers, reelers, quality control standards, and product specifications
• Occupational and/or Physical Requirements Ability to lift more than 100 pounds with reasonable assistance (Crane or Forklift) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable assistance Ability to climb ladders and work at various heights Ability to lift objects overhead Ability to spend up to 12 hours a shift on foot around hot machinery Ability to move from one area to another by stepping over and/or bending under objects, pushing and pulling objects Ability to work inside or outside of the warehouse Commitment to wearing the required PPE at all times
