1 Machinist Trainee (Paid Apprenticeship)

• Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 / hour
• Shift: Flexible Scheduling (32+ hours/week) – Perfect for working around your technical school schedules!
• Requirements: High School Diploma/GED + current enrollment in an accredited 2-year Machine Tool Technology program.

2 CNC Machinist C

• Pay Rate: $22.00 - $26.00 / hour + Shift Differential (+$1.50/hr)
• Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday - Friday)
• Requirements: 1–4 years of experience preferred. Must be able to read complex blueprints with GD&T and navigate CNC setups.

3 CNC Machinist A (Setup Expert)

• Pay Rate: $28.00 - $35.00 / hour + Shift Differential (+$1.00/hr)
• Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
• Requirements: 4.5+ years of verified CNC milling/turning operation. Must possess a completed 2-year degree or equivalent CNC certificate. Focus will be on process development, program prove-outs, and mentoring junior operators.

CORE REQUIREMENTS (All Levels):

• Strong natural mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in collecting and inputting SPC data using precision measurement tools (gages, micrometers, calipers).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 45 lbs during an 8-hour shift.
• Must be able to pass a standard background check and a 10-panel drug screen.
