We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Painter Helper to support our painting and finishing team. This role assists with surface preparation, material setup, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment while working alongside experienced painters to ensure high-quality finishes and on-time project completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with surface preparation including sanding, masking, and cleaning
- Set up and break down tools, equipment, and materials
- Mix paints and coatings according to instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
- Support painters with daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks
