Pay

& Schedule

Pay: $21.00 per hour

  • 12‑hour day shift 6:45 am–7 pm
  • Work schedule varies: MON/TUE work, WED/THU off, or MON/TUE off, WED/THU work. Repeat as appropriate.
  • Only work 15 days per month.
  • Every other weekend is a 3‑day weekend.
  • Alternate weeks: 48 hours one week, 36 hours the next.
  • Total of 84 hours per pay period (76 regular hours & 8 hours overtime) paid bi‑weekly.
Responsibilities
  • Operate pelletizer machine to convert regrind into pellets.
  • Operate forklift consistently.
  • Stage boxes of pellets.
  • Follow all company‑standard and position‑specific safety requirements and report any unsafe working conditions or broken equipment.
  • Follow and comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 1‑year manufacturing experience required.
  • Forklift experience required.
  • Machine operator experience required.
  • 1‑year extrusion machine operator experience preferred.
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English; bilingual a plus.
  • Nice to have:
    Working knowledge of extruders, printers, reelers, quality control standards, and product specifications.
Physical & Occupational Requirements
  • Ability to lift more than 100 pounds with reasonable assistance (crane or forklift).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at various heights.
  • Ability to lift objects overhead.
  • Ability to spend up to 12 hours a shift on foot around hot machinery.
  • Ability to move between areas by stepping over or bending under objects, pushing and pulling objects.
  • Ability to work inside or outside of the warehouse.
  • Commitment to wearing required PPE at all times.
