Pay& Schedule
Pay: $21.00 per hour
- 12‑hour day shift 6:45 am–7 pm
- Work schedule varies: MON/TUE work, WED/THU off, or MON/TUE off, WED/THU work. Repeat as appropriate.
- Only work 15 days per month.
- Every other weekend is a 3‑day weekend.
- Alternate weeks: 48 hours one week, 36 hours the next.
- Total of 84 hours per pay period (76 regular hours & 8 hours overtime) paid bi‑weekly.
- Operate pelletizer machine to convert regrind into pellets.
- Operate forklift consistently.
- Stage boxes of pellets.
- Follow all company‑standard and position‑specific safety requirements and report any unsafe working conditions or broken equipment.
- Follow and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- 1‑year manufacturing experience required.
- Forklift experience required.
- Machine operator experience required.
- 1‑year extrusion machine operator experience preferred.
- Ability to speak, read and write in English; bilingual a plus.
- Nice to have:
Working knowledge of extruders, printers, reelers, quality control standards, and product specifications.
- Ability to lift more than 100 pounds with reasonable assistance (crane or forklift).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at various heights.
- Ability to lift objects overhead.
- Ability to spend up to 12 hours a shift on foot around hot machinery.
- Ability to move between areas by stepping over or bending under objects, pushing and pulling objects.
- Ability to work inside or outside of the warehouse.
- Commitment to wearing required PPE at all times.

- SIGN‑ON BONUS: $500 after 90 days and $1,000 after 180 days (total $1,500).
