Innophos is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Afternoon Shift to lead daily operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, overseeing a team of about 20 hourly employees on the 11:00 AM–7:30 PM shift.
You will own safety, quality, output and cost in your area, spending time on the production floor and enforcing GMPs and EHS practices while collaborating with maintenance and quality teams to meet production goals.
