• Ensuring production goals in terms of quantity, quality, and on-time delivery within the shift
• Planning and coordinating personnel deployment for smooth operations in the production area
• Professional leadership, onboarding, and support of employees
• Responsibility for compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards as well as promoting a safe working environment
• Active participation in improvement processes through the implementation of Lean, WPS, and 5S measures

This is what you bring to us:

• A completed technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by further training as a master craftsman or technician
• Several years of experience in production and a good understanding of modern manufacturing processes
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, WPS, and ideally experience with MES systems
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, sense of responsibility, and pronounced teamwork ability
• Willingness to work shifts as well as a high level of resilience and flexibility
