You can start as an entry‑level trainee or bring experience as a seasoned setup expert. The facility offers a clean, safety‑first environment with clear pipelines for long‑term career growth. Shift

Availability

Various shifts available: 6:00 AM – 6:00 AM, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

Available Roles & Pay Ranges
  • Machinist Trainee: $18.00 – $21.00/hr, flexible shift (32+ hours/week).
  • CNC Machinist C: $22.00 – $26.00/hr + shift differential, 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
  • CNC Machinist A: $28.00 – $35.00/hr + shift differential, 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machining equipment (mills, lathes, grinders) to produce precision fluid‑handling components.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality technicians on new product pre‑production, program prove‑outs, and tool change procedures.
  • Use precision gauges to monitor dimensions, log inventory counts, and perform secondary operations such as debarring to minimize waste.
  • Perform operator‑level preventative maintenance and report equipment issues or process enhancements.
  • Participate in departmental productivity goals and provide training and mentorship to junior operators.
Skills
  • Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical systems.
  • Teamwork and leadership; advanced candidates should train and mentor juniors.
  • Computer literacy with manufacturing ERP and operating software.
  • Safety‑conscious, follows PPE protocols and maintains a clean work area.
Education and Experience
  • High‑school diploma or GED required for all roles.
  • Trainee candidates must be enrolled in an accredited 2‑year Machine Tool Technology program.
  • Level A candidates require a completed 2‑year degree or equivalent CNC certificate.
Experience
  • Trainee: 0–1 year.
  • Level C: 1–4 years (preferred).
  • Level A: 4.5+ years of verified CNC milling/turning operation.
Technical Foundation
  • Read and interpret layouts, routings, blueprints, and GD&T.
  • Collect and input SPC data using calibrators, CMM, Trimos, and gauges.
Physical Capability
  • Ability to sit for 1 hour, stand for 3 hours, walk for 4 hours of an 8‑hour shift.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive elbow movements; lift up to 45 lb.
Compliance & Availability
  • Pass a background check and 10‑panel drug screen.
  • Flexible to work assigned shift hours and accept off‑shift/weekend placement upon program graduation (for trainees).
