Our Automated Insertion Machine Operator works from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime or Saturday work as needed.

In this entry‑level role, you’ll safely operate production machinery while following all of our safety, quality, and operational procedures. You’ll maintain a neat work area, complete detailed documentation, and gain hands‑on skills to help further your career!

Responsibilities include:

• Operating production machinery and inspecting finished products to ensure quality
• Efficiently transferring materials between stations
• Maintaining equipment by cleaning it and performing basic maintenance services
• Completing and submitting job audit logs
• Assisting with inventory counts and additional entry‑level duties as needed

Experience operating production machinery would be preferred but isn’t required for this entry‑level position. Here’s what you need:

• Ability to learn and follow SOPs
• Attention to detail and the ability to check work over for quality
• Basic math skills and computer proficiency
• Clear written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Punctual and reliable attendance
• Situational awareness, commitment to safety, and ability to work in a secure environment
• Strong work ethic with the ability to take ownership of your work and accountability for your results

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
