Asphalt Plant Manager to join our team in

. As a Asphalt Plant Manager with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will be responsible for all site activities, including but not limited to coordinating with Area Managers to ensure the Production Plan and Maintenance Plan are being executed correctly.

Responsible for the Health and Welfare of the crew and ensuring the site meets or exceedsOSHAStandards

Responsible for the administration of theQuikrete

Responsible for obtaining the maximum production at the plant

Ensures that quality

Site Manageris responsible forALL site activities.

Products are being produced within internal and external specifications

Approvestimecards

Entersmaintenance logs, production logs, etc.,intothecomputer system

Makesa Plant Maintenance and Production Program

Makes theDaily

Production and Maintenance Schedule(including but not limited to daily maintenance projectsandmixproduction asneededbased onsales)

Parts requisitions

Coordinates with Outside Contractors on Equipment Repairs as needed

Coordinates with the Shop on Mobile Equipment Repairs

Responsible for Knowing the Site Financials andAchieving

Budget Goals

Coordinates with Paving Foreman and QCto provide correct quantities and quality of HMA

Scheduling of Crew based on Production and Maintenance needs within Available Operating Hours

Actual Data

Daily Oversee inspection, operation, andrepair of all equipment,verifyrequired daily/weekly/monthly plant inspectionsarecompleted, operation ofequipmentas needed

Equipment is to beoperatedsafely and efficiently, operatorshall alwaysmaintaincontrol of the equipment

Cab/control houseshall be kept clean, wiped down, and maintained; control house and plant are considered equipment and should be treated to the samestandards as yellow iron
